Many of our older Kindred KYT members volunteer in other groups, creating a wonderful ethos across the youth theatre. The Youth Leadership Team (YLT) instil the values and disciplines they have learnt during their own KYT years into younger and newer members. In turn, the YLT gain valuable experience themselves, which can be used as evidence for schemes such as the Duke of Edinburgh Awards and to support both university and drama school applications.
